Technological developments in energy sustainability are receiving increasing attention, particularly in the use of electrical resources for various applications, including geared electric motors. Geared electric motors are key components of industrial automation systems, transportation, and other applications. To achieve optimal performance and efficiency, it is important to maintain a continuous supply of energy. Energy harvesting is becoming an important solution for increasing energy availability independently. It involves utilizing energy sources, such as electromagnetic radiation from rectennas, sunlight through solar panels, and kinetic energy from motion using dynamos. A combination of these sources can support the operation of a geared electric motor without relying on external power sources. Research has shown that the creation and monitoring of energy harvesting is key to developing a self-sufficient and efficient system. By integrating rectenna, solar, and dynamo technologies, an environmentally friendly and sustainable solution can be created to meet the energy requirements of geared electric motors. Effective monitoring is required to monitor system performance, detect potential failures, and optimize the use of the generated energy. The system operates in accordance with the planning of the research methodology. Testing the accuracy of the sensor shows that the lowest error value is 0% and the highest is 0.09%. Energy harvesting had an average of more than 5% higher than that using only solar panels. The application system can be used well on Android devices with 5+ series and above. © 2024 IEEE.
