Abstract

Supply chain management is an urgent factor for supporting of a company business and production, including on railway component industry. In this study we present a usability measurement of railway component supply chain management information system, called Rekachain using System Usability Score (SUS). Based on the conducted study, it gathered SUS score of Rekachain application is 73,54, which is categorized with grade B-. It indicates that the system is excellent and acceptable. But this application still needs an improvement in two aspects of usability, which are memorability and errors. © 2024 IEEE.
