Transformer Health Index which is developed for Kalsulmapana Transmission Division focusing on oil quality factors (OQF) including 5 parameters, namely: ACID, IFT, WATER, BDV, COLOR. Since the completeness of all parameters cannot be fulfilled, certainty level (CL) needs to be applied to gain equal assessment results between transformers. Both OQF and CL parameters have been developed in previous paper and have been validated. This paper utilizes a developed method for evaluating the transformer's health condition based on the results of transformer oil tests that have been carried out. The case study refers to 20 transformer units in the Kalsulmapana region according to the 2022 test data to get an overview of the health index and reliability of the transformer. Based on oil quality measurement of 20 transformers, it is found that more than 90% of the transformers are in good condition and only 10% of the transformers are in bad condition. As the certainty level for 20 transformers, it has a balanced composition between high and low values. The combination of OQF and CF forms a classification of conditions that recommends different treatment actions. © 2023 IEEE.
