Abstract

Global Positioning System (GPS) has been widely used in tracking and monitoring devices. In this research, we proposed monitoring system for visual impaired person utilizes Wemos D1 mini and GY-NEO6MV GPS to track the movement of Visual Impaired Person (VIP) based on Google-Map. The proposed system is a GPS tracking device and monitoring system in the form of a Google-Map-based android application that can be used for family to monitor the movements of the VIP. © 2019 IEEE.
