Abstract

The need for electrical energy has become a basic human need. As natural energy sources are depleted, long-term supply requires alternative energy sources to generate electricity. Several methods have been implemented through research using the perpetual pendulum motion machine method. The method uses various designs with a permanent magnet as a pendulum, a permanent magnet towards the same pole to create a repulsive force between the poles when they move closer to each other. Two methods are observed in this study, i.e., disc pendulum method and arc pendulum method. The disc pendulum method has the power of a pendulum disk shape that moves across the magnetic field but the output is still small. While the Arc Pendulum method has an efficient construction coupled with a strong permanent magnet so as to produce high output. © 2022 IEEE.
