In recent decades, digital technology has transformed the global business world. An aspect of technology that has been developing in such a rapid phase is cellular technology. The research aimed to design a smartphone application that can effectively monitor how the company runs its business. The research was conducted in a company that operates in the renewable energy sector, PT Orangiro Makmur Jaya, and employed the Research and Development framework with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. From the data collected through observation and interview, the research obtained a monitoring application that successfully helped the board of directors make decisions and documentation with minimum errors. © 2024 IEEE.
