Recently, single output DC-DC converters with multiple input voltages have attracted a lot of attention, as they can integrate several different energy sources to fulfill the load requirements. The multi-input single-output converter has been identified as a cost-effective approach in hybrid power systems. In general, the standard for using DC systems in hybrid settings in commercial buildings is set to 48 Vdc for low power applications using and 380 Vdc for high power applications. The complex systems of these multi-input single-output converters always face challenges in terms of reliability, efficiency, power density, control system, cost, and device size. The simulation results are verified with a current ripple value of 0.1 A and a voltage ripple of 0.3 V. The peak current value at peak load is 21.5 A and the output voltage is 47.2 V and reaches a steady-state condition at 0.01 time. © 2021 IEEE.
