This study presents the recommendation system to produce intelligent and efficient exam questions. The teaching team chose the questions that were the most pertinent based on certain criteria that had been established in advance. The Interval-Valued Intuitionistic Hesitant Fuzzy (IVIHF) and the Inclusion-based TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) hybrid approaches were combined in order to make it possible for test sheet generation. For the purposes of this study, five exam questions were chosen as the candidates to appear on a test sheet. The four criteria (difficulty, discrimination, reliability, and cognitive level) have been used by the teaching team consists of three lecturers to evaluate the alternatives. According to the findings of this study, the questions with the numbers five, four, and three will most likely be found on the examination sheet. © 2022 IEEE.
